A healthy diet plays a fundamental role in the development of children, providing them with the necessary nutrients and energy for growth, cognitive function, and overall well-being. Children can focus, learn more efficiently, and excel academically by fueling their brains with the right nutrients.

A balanced diet positively impacts children’s mental health and emotional well-being, and during childhood, it can help prevent chronic diseases when they become adults.

With that in mind, EAV organized Vegetable Week, dedicating each day to a different vegetable. In addition, informative materials describing the benefits of the day’s vegetables and easy and practical recipes families can prepare at home were available on the tables.
