Lecture of Dafna Blaschkauer

Dafna Blaschkauer, speaker and writer, with experience as a global executive at Nike, Apple, and Microsoft, as well as a professional tennis player, was the special guest at the American School of Vitória for 9th and 10th-grade students.

Focused and interested, the students attended the lecture in which Dafna narrated chapters of her life and the valuable lessons she learned in each of these stages. From her time as a tennis athlete, through many years as an executive at important brands, to the present moment, Dafna spoke about skills such as discipline, focus, the ability to learn from mistakes, communication, coexistence, and empathy with multicultural people, critical thinking, resilience, and positive thinking, dissecting each of them into various other competencies that individuals need to develop, whether for the job market or personal growth.
