EAV Innovators project

Last week we had another special moment of the EAV Innovators project, the innovation track developed in partnership with Hugb. We received the visit of Dr. Américo Buaiz Filho and Américo Buaiz Neto, who talked to the 9th and 10th grade students.

Great names in the Espírito Santo business, father and son talked about their academic backgrounds and experiences that allowed them to follow a successful path.

Américo Neto, who has already participated in Summer Camp and exchange programm, shared with our students that this international experience helped him choose the career he wanted to follow. Dr. Américo Filho talked about his journey as an entrepreneur, the courses that helped him lead people, and the mistakes that were also great learning experiences.

The students could ask questions and clarify their doubts, especially about careers.

It was an incredible moment of great exchange and knowledge. ❤️🥰
